Yup. Rembrandt is really sneaky. We wrote about the Ciba case awhile back, but earlier this week we wrote about another trick it's pulling in order to get injunctions:

Pretending it's actually competing in the marketplace, by getting some whitelabel manufacturer to paste its brand on some products, and then find a single customer. Then it can claim that it's competing and an injunction makes sense.
